We’re Chris and Michele Pruisner, proud graduates of Lincoln High School and even prouder owners of Lucky Gal Tattoo. As lifelong fans of the southside of Des Moines, we’ve always felt a deep connection to this community. It’s where we grew up, where we built our first Lucky Gal Tattoo, and where we’ve chosen to invest our passion.

Our dream has always been to bring something unique, exciting, and fun to the area—a place that stands out and gives back to the community we love. That dream started with Lucky Gal Tattoo, where we’ve had the privilege of helping people express their individuality and creativity. But we wanted to go beyond that.

Why monsters? Well, that’s all thanks to Chris’ lifelong love of all things spooky, quirky, and fun! From old-school creature features to modern monster flicks, Chris has always been captivated by the creativity and imagination that comes with monster-themed stories. Combine that with his dream of owning and operating his own arcade, and Monsterama Pubcade was born.
